DANGERS OF FASTER EFT
I recently came across the Faster EFT videos and have been using them to good effect. I really like Robert’s straight forward style.
Then I came across The Dangers of Faster EFT. Naturally I was intrigued as to how this could be “dangerous”. The first thing that struck me as odd was the way “the dangers of Faster EFT” is not a short or even medium sized list of actual proven dangers. It is a full-on brand name of a full-on empire…..all built around these 'Dangers' and an extraordinary tirade against Robert Smith with hundreds and hundreds of petty picks and accusations and gripes which are sensationalised mercilessly. The amount of detail and lack of proven facts is staggering.
A heads up to anyone who hasn't visited the Dangers of Faster EFT land. It will take you hours and hours AND HOURS to read through everything. And if you are anything like me you will feel quite ill soaking up all that bitterness and mind-numbing waffling.
I'm sorry if my tone is abrasive in this post. I still clearly have a lot of tapping to do, I am just very annoyed at being encouraged to waste three days of my time on this nonsense when I could have been working on my own healing.
So if YOU see anything inviting you to read it all for yourself so that you can make an informed decision, BE WARNED even if you decide not to use Robert's method you will be soaked through with misery and complaining and bitterness and you will need to shake all that off before you can finally start on your own issues.
THE ALLEGATIONS OF “!!DANGER!!”
I have tried to summarise the allegations below as best I could for those who don’t have 3-5 days to read the website of !!Danger!!, the Facebook group of !!Danger!!, the blog of !!Danger!! and watch the videos of !!Danger!! I admit I had to watch the videos on 2x speed because it was just too indulgent with so much padding.
SUMMARY OF MY RESPONSE
Diana Kottle, This is disgraceful, particularly for a healer. The worst part was using someone’s own child against them to further your own bitter ends. Whatever Robert Smith has or hasn't done is totally eclipsed by what you have deliberately done here and continue to do. Truly disgraceful!
Gary Craig, more shocked at you. How can you encourage and condone this? Is that what your EFT model is about? To advise people who have an issue with someone to build an empire of a smear campaign out of a simple complaint and report procedure?
The whole thing looks A LOT like a combination of jealousy and unhealthy obsession. This is not how a normal person makes a complaint.
You all talk about spirituality and energy.
Is this really how you think Jesus, or the Dalai Lama would handle Robert G. Smith if they felt he had wronged them??
Ok none of us are in that league but why don't you hold yourselves to a higher standard instead of judging others..relentlessly.... oh so relentlessly .. and dragging everyone else into it.
Shouldn't you be setting an example of peace and forgiveness and solving things without warmongering and slander?
I mean what is next? a whole daytime television channel devoted to “Clearing Up the Confusion” (read: slagging off your competitor) maybe a film and a stage-show? a country and western song? Where and when is this going to end?
This is going to be a long post. I had to spend three days reading and watching videos. And by the way, why put “Join the conversation” on the Facebook group? There is no “conversation”… anywhere. Comments are enabled for Roberts videos …… but not for any of yours…..but you accuse him of being controlling and not wanting to hear anything that he doesn't agree with? One can’t post a comment or ask a question anywhere in the empire of the !!Dangers!! of Faster EFT. The only way one can communicate is by joining YOUR “family” on Facebook. Or by emailing direct, both of which would entail surrendering my anonymity and yes! I was too scared to email direct or join the Facebook group to ask questions!! this whole thing is creepy.
My intention with this reply is not to support Robert or Faster EFT, it is simply my shocked response to what two people who claim to be all about healing and peace are doing. I have known self-confessed jerks put less effort into taking out their opposition.
This post may come across as a bit of a rant but that is because I have wasted 3 days of my life taking your advice and reading through all the spiteful non-healing stuff which I now have to spend lord knows how long tapping to get the bad atmosphere out of my system.
AND you are openly and actively encouraging everyone else to do the same!
Shame on you both! You should be encouraging people toward peace. Not disguising this blatant smear campaign as a service to the public.
You claim that a small percentage of Robert's clients are traumatised in some way by his methods… and yet 100% of your followers and innocent others who happen across your Empire of Danger, are at guaranteed risk of wasting 3 days of their lives marinading themselves in accusations, miserable waffle and musings and endless justifications for the unproven accusations.
And worse than all of that, the shameful abuse of Robert’s son’s blog post. … which his son removed from his website but you keep it immortalised on yours. If you have any decency you should take that down immediately. You don’t use a person’s family to fight them! That is the most disgusting thing of all I think. Even if my enemy’s kid begged me to use their gripe against their dad I would refuse …. for obvious reasons that any mature responsible adult, let alone therapist, should know!
WAY OUT OF PROPORTION
As far as I can glean, Robert did not rape anyone, beat anyone with their own severed arm or lock anyone up and psychologically torture them for days on end.
There are real terrible criminals out there: rapists, child murderers, politicians; and yet out of the selfless goodness of your hearts, you have decided to dedicate your lives to protecting the ignorant and addled public from…Robert G Smith.
VALIDITY OF YOUR CLAIMS
Whether you two and your handful of supporters have any valid complaints or not, it is very scary that you two spent such a lot of your time, energy and resources on this. I mean a LOT of work went into just reading it all, who knows how much time you spent setting this empire up and making sure it stays up in the search ratings and maintaining the sites and groups and blogs over MONTHS AND MONTHS.
CUT TO THE CHASE WHAT ARE THE !!DANGERS!!
All the allegations are basically repeats and variations of calling Robert:
a potty mouth, a sex pest, a bully, an abuser, a rejecter, a cult former, and an evil despot claiming to be a guru/god etc. All strung together with a lot of long winded emotionally manipulative language. All the contributors write in the same style making it really hard going and repetitive to read. Sensational words like cruel, torture, abuse etc. rain down hard through every letter and testimonial.
ANY PROOF?: Couldn't find any…. and I really looked! I'm annoyed to have to report that I DID spend three days!! (and a fortune on espresso) reading through everything, watching the videos, the lot…. thinking to myself any minute now I am going to come across one of the !!Dangers!! as advertised. Didn't happen.
PROOF OF BULLYING
The only actual EVIDENCE I can find of any bullying is by YOU, Diana and Gary. ON A GRAND AND SUSTAINED SCALE! This whole thing is an ugly, indulgent, warmongering, relentless bullying and slander campaign.
Please Diana and Gary, read it all and watch it all again with fresh eyes and look what you are doing and subjecting us to..…. (that Robert is NOT subjecting us to, btw)
PROOF OF ABUSE
If I was Robert I would sue you for slander and deliberate smear campaigning and get a restraining order against you.
PROOF OF A CULT
Disgraceful!! and shameful. Insulting to victims of real cults and the families of those victims. Really shameful that was. You should not go around bandying accusations of cult forming when you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. If you knew anyone involved in something as terrible as a real cult, you would not be making such lame allegations here.
PROOF OF BEING A SEX PEST AND A POTTY MOUTH
To the general public: If you are sensitive to “strong language” and think that openness about sex is the same thing as being a sex pest… well ok, each to his own, but would you then write about it in great and graphic detail? [all hearsay I might add] Would you be able and willing to recount every word that everyone said like you were writing a titillating novel?
Able to quote word for word half page dialogues apparently exactly as they were said at the time? And the amount of detail describing a few ordinary swearwords and a lighthearted exercise involving shopping for a dildo. This was over-described to make it sound as weird and creepy as possible. But the “description” was the only creepy thing about it!!
And oh yeah, Robert IS a bit of a potty-mouth. But I had already seen evidence of that on some of his videos, but I found I didn’t need to reach for the smelling salts.
If the things he is being accused of under this title are valid, then most of today’s comedians and general public should be arrested on the same charges.
IN DEFENCE OF ROBERT
I am not writing this rant in defence of Robert I don’t know much about him. All I know is that he doesn’t appear to have committed a crime, nor be a danger to humanity and most of all.. …HE DID NOT SUBJECT ME TO 3 DAYS OF MISERABLE, INDULGENT, COMPLAINING AND ACCUSING!!
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE STILL AWAKE /INTERESTED
I am going to painstakingly address each thing below from all the stuff I’ve read. I haven’t ranted like this for over a year and now that I have allowed myself to be sucked into the endless minute detail of this miserable mess, I may as well finish it with a good rant. TESTIMONIALS FROM THE WEBSITE
HEARSAY ONE: This “testimonial” is apparently by one of the “several” disgruntled people out of Robert’s 30’000 + subscribers who preferred to remain anonymous. This anonymous author’s long-winded writing style and main accusations are remarkably similar to Diane’s own. Full of swearing and abuse and cult references. QUOTE: “extremely dangerous, cult-like, and predatory”.
Response: see any of my above rantings.
HEARSAY TWO: More longwinded criticising and nitpicking and accusations without proof. It reads more like an irate review of his course when you are being paid by the word to write it. It is long. Very, very, long. And endless criticisms of every possible little move Robert makes and every word he says. Finally this hearsay is also peppered with the words sex, abuse, control and cult etc. like the others.
HEARSAY THREE
This one is the most disgusting of all and is really below the belt to my mind.
This is the one in which Diana actually pastes sections of Robert’s son’s blogs and letters for all the world to see! Just to get an extra dig at Robert.
If there was actually anything in there that you could actually say “wow! that is hard proof that Robert it is vile abusive father and person” it would still be disgusting of her to splash it all over her sensationalised website but really there is nothing there that would make you rush to the police.
If Robert treated his son so badly that it warranted splashing that all over your website, how come his son hasn’t been setting up website’s and blogs and videos discrediting his dad?
Let me guess. It was a private family spat which they have now resolved. But mainly it is probably because IT IS NONE OF OUR DAMN BUSINESS!
Maybe they have their differences and maybe even Robert can be a dick at times. But if it was any worse than that I’m pretty sure his son would have said so. .... to the proper authorities.
So printing those blogs and letters almost proves that Robert is clearly NOT a monster. Bit of a dick at most … and that is without hearing his side. (dick or not, you gotta admire his restraint. I couldn't have been this restrained in his place)
So even if you are nosy enough to read it and totally take the son’s side. Well I know lots of people who think their dad is a dick and unfair, doesn’t mean the man is a criminal and a cult starting, sex abusing, monster.
And for that reason you should be really ashamed of that cheap move and take that stuff down. If his son wants to publicly slag his dad off let him. But for a therapist to do it for him… disgraceful!!
Everyone can be a dick sometimes ... doesn't mean his system is crap or that he is a bad person.
and like the other “heresays” this one is also dripping with the usual words : “abuse, tormented, bullying, trapped, victim etc.
Wow I feel really queasy from all this and I have only been at it for 3 days. What must the state of your energy be like after the months of venom you have put into this?
HEARSAY FOUR Another very very long rant from Diana scrutinising and criticising every word and move of Robert and speculating as to his motives of wanting to make his business successful. Most of the speculation is variations on the tired old stereotypical sort that disgruntled people aim at any successful person they begrudge.
More endless accusations in detail the usual words: abuse, victim, torture etc.

Response: Wow Diana if anyone has crapped, comprehensively, on Energy it is certainly you. This tirade of bitterness and accusations. This is not normal! it is very very very far from normal. It is like you are utterly and deeply obsessed with this man. For your own sake and all of ours … please let it go.
Seriously, I say this with all the universal love that I know I feel for the REAL you, please stop this state of yours from doing this. This cannot be coming from the real Diana Kottle. What are the chances of you looking back at this in 10 years or 20 years and saying.: "yup, that was time well spent."
I’m afraid I am going to have to stop my rant there I just can’t continue with this any longer. I seriously don’t know where you and Gary get the stamina for this stuff.
There are NO valid dangers here that warrant all this relentless barrage of bitterness.
To Gary Craig: Please read your own thing about the Healer within and GateKeeper. Your's and Diana's Gatekeepers have gagged and bound your “Healers”! Set them free. Let this go. It can't end well, even if you get whatever it is you think you want.
My wish for you all and for myself is to finally drop this warmongering, criticising and bitterness and all of us…. just sit down, shut up and tap.
